We are grateful to God for the gift of your family and I am delighted that you have decided to walk your faithful path of Catholic Discipleship by being part of our parish family. I would like to officially welcome you to our families of Saint Patrick, Audubon and Holy Trinity, Exira, Iowa. We take pride in our parish families of Saint Patrick, Audubon and Holy Trinity, Exira and strongly believe that active participation in different ministries is the key to achieving a sense of belonging. On behalf of the parish family, staff and those involved in various ministries, I invite you to be active in your new found parish family and to participate in different ministries. If you would like to get more information about the various ministries or any other information, you can check them online at www.sphtdm.org or call the parish office at 712-563-2283. It is my hope to meet you personally, if I have not already done so.
We, here at our parish families of Saint Patrick, Audubon and Holy Trinity, Exira, are working towards an understanding of Catholic Stewardship. Catholic Stewardship means that everything that we are and everything that we have is ultimately a gift from God and it is our moral responsibility, as good and faithful Catholic Stewards, to reciprocate that divine gift by giving back to God the best that we can offer Him. In a traditional model, we see Catholic Stewardship, as the Commitment of our Time, Talent and Treasure. In order to make our Parish Family a Catholic Stewardship Parish Family, I invite you to consider the following:-
· Start thinking in terms of Time, Talent and Treasure Commitment
· Use the Offertory Envelopes consistently and regularly or sign up online
· More active participation in the various ministries of our Parish Family
I ask you to bring before the Lord in prayer what part of your Time, Talent and Treasure that you can give to the Lord for His Glory and for the spreading of His kingdom. Thank you for what you are and what you bring to your parish families of Saint Patrick, Audubon and Holy Trinity, Exira. May God bless you, your family and your loved ones with His gifts of peace, joy, love and life.
With prayers and love
Rev. Antony Mathew
